Who we are
Inde News is published by Dashmani Media Private Limited, 701–702, Parinee I, Near Yashraj Studio, Shah Industrial Estate, Off Veera Desai Road, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053, Maharashtra. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name and email if you subscribe to a newsletter, register an account, or contact us.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and time of visit.

Why we collect it
- To deliver the website and the articles you request.
- To send newsletters you have asked for (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To understand which stories are read, so we can decide what to cover.
- To meet legal obligations, including those under the IT Rules, 2021.

This site uses cookies for essential functions and for analytics. The following third-party services run on Inde News and set cookies or process data about your visit:
- Google Analytics (tag
GT-P3H9LL9) — measures which pages are read, how visitors arrive and how long they stay. Sets analytics cookies. - Sign in with Google — allows account sign-in using a Google account. Loads Google’s identity library on every page.
- Google Search Console — reports how this site appears in Google Search. Does not set cookies for visitors.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used across the site.
All of the above are operated by Google. Google’s handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies are required for the site to work.
Inde News does not currently serve advertising. If advertising is introduced, this policy will be updated to name the ad provider and the cookies it sets before any ads appear.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising partners — and where we are legally required to disclose it. Google LLC (Analytics, Search Console, Sign in with Google and Google Fonts)., and our website hosting provider
How long we keep it
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. We retain server logs for no longer than 90 days. Analytics data is retained for no longer than 14 months, in line with the retention period set on our Google Analytics property.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to access a summary of the personal data we hold about you; to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected and data erased; to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf; and to withdraw consent at any time and complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children
This site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and we do not use it for tracking or targeted advertising.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. In the event of a breach we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as required by law.
