The picture shows Srinath standing in a coach with a trolley bag, in jeans and a light-blue shirt. India Today, The Economic Times and AajTak reported the image’s spread. Some outlets noted that the exact date the photograph was taken could not be independently confirmed.
Srinath, now an ICC match referee, took 236 Test and 315 ODI wickets for India. The viral post has been compared with other Karnataka cricketers known for an unshowy public life.
