Actor Manoj Bajpayee has bought 4.45 acres of agricultural land near Pune for about Rs 1.37 crore, according to registration records reported by The Economic Times.
The property is in Tailbail village in Mulshi taluka, close to Lonavala and Mulshi Dam. The transaction was registered on 25 August 2026. ET said he paid Rs 6.86 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as the registration fee.
Bajpayee, known for The Family Man, has been expanding his real-estate holdings in Maharashtra, ET reported.
